Our Collective consists of Members and Mentors. Interest Forms are embedded below.
- At least a senior (or final year) in a tertiary institution and typically under 35 years old
- Employed in or aiming to be employed in professional services (consulting, international development, banking, sustainability, economics, policy focused or related careers)
- Interested in learning more about the global African diaspora today and the histories of African people globally.
- Entrepreneurially and social justice focused.
- Curious about other ways to see the world and fashion solutions to wicked problems.

- Mostly college educated but all significantly experienced, over 35 years old African diasporans from any country or continental Africans or persons deeply invested in the thriving of Africans and diasporans
- Eager to invest some of their knowledge, time and contacts to sharpen the next generation of sharp professionals and entrepreneurs for their leg of legacy building
