Our learning happens through 3 modes of Discovery:

1. Ways of Knowing– Developing a critique of the world’s socio-economic and ecological issues and thought via a nexus between 2 crucial lenses:

  • Africana: Understanding the world through the 6 components of the Africana lens; and
  •   Systems Thinking: Understanding the world through the interrelated ecosystems it is made up of, from those in the biosphere to those created by man for social and economic functioning.

2. Access to a Curated Library and Reading Schedule

Sunday Chats – Bi- weekly interactive discussions of current events through the Africana and Systems lenses

Career Guidance: access to individual and small group coaching, resources and referrals to chart your progress

Social Capital: Cultivate your professional network and the specific knowledge needed to enrich and leverage that network over time.

Investment Project: Members get support at the end of your cycle to invest in your next educational, professional or entrepreneurial endeavor.
